Faith • Civilization • Theology welcomes expressions of interest from scholars who would like to contribute to the development of its Editorial Advisory Board.
Role of the Editorial Advisory Board
Advisory Board members support the journal’s scholarly development through subject advice, occasional manuscript review where expertise and independence permit, recommendations concerning ethical and editorial standards, and appropriate promotion of legitimate calls for scholarship.
The Editor retains responsibility for manuscript administration and final editorial decisions. Board membership does not guarantee publication, does not require agreement with every published viewpoint, and does not allow a member to control the assessment of work where a conflict exists.
Who should express interest
- Researchers, theologians, historians, biblical scholars and other specialists whose expertise fits the journal’s scope.
- Scholars with an established record of research, publication, postgraduate study, teaching or equivalent professional contribution.
- Individuals able to provide independent, respectful and confidential scholarly judgment.
- Applicants willing to disclose conflicts and follow the journal’s publication-ethics and privacy policies.
Information requested
Please provide your affiliation, country, ORCID where available, principal areas of expertise, a short academic biography, relevant editorial or reviewing experience, and a link to a CV, institutional profile or selected publications.
Appointments are voluntary unless separately agreed in writing. The journal may retain suitable expressions of interest for future subject needs.
